To commemorate Cupid and his arrows, here is a tasty health treat to share with your love interest.
A vegan is no stranger to avocado-based chocolate pudding. Funny enough, it is apparent that many recipes complicate things by throwing in ingredients that don’t need to be in pudding. For example, milk will water down the creaminess and vanilla extract will rid the richness of the cacao. So, this is an attempt to keep it healthy and create a decadent delight for the healthy dessert lover. Keep it nice and simple!
By the way, now that the weather is warming up, this recipe works extremely well as popsicles too!

Maple syrup or agave nectar (sweeten to taste)

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Whistle while you work. Mix it up until it’s made. Eat the pudding. Pretty easy. Right?
