MitoXcell Chocolate Covered Bacon
1/2 pound thick cut bacon
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
2/3 cup MitoXcell Superfood Blend
3 Tbsp maple syrup
HOW TO MAKE MITOXCELL CHOCOLATE COVERED BACON
1. Cook your bacon and set aside to cool.
2. In a bowl, mix together the coconut oil, MitoXcell Superfood Blend and maple syrup.
3. Dip each slice of bacon into the mixture. You can fully coat it or only coat half depending on your preference.
4. Put the covered bacon on a plate and pop in the freezer until the chocolate sets.
*Pro Tip* Sprinkle a little sea salt over the chocolate before putting in the freezer!
