Jess Rocheleau is a triathlete, beach lifeguard, swim coach, and a MitoXcell ambassador.
Jessica Rocheleau is an aspiring Professional Triathlete. After graduating from Nova Southeastern University in May 2015, she fully immersed herself in triathlon training and lifeguard competition. Participating in competition that is both mentally and physically challenging, yet fun, is what continues to feed the ever-growing internal flame and drive to excel to the top of the Women’s Triathlon field. Having been an athlete since learning to walk, Jessica has no plans to slow down. Most recently, joining the RIDE Triathlon Team has given her new opportunities to achieve success. She has already proven herself in the sport, having quickly adapted to the tactics and strategy of racing with athleticism comparable to the fastest women in the country. A natural leader, Jessica was named Women’s Team Captain of her collegiate swim team and is currently an Age Group coach for Coronado Navy Swim Association while also serving as a veteran lifeguard for the Coronado Lifesaving Association. Her dedication to developing herself as a leader have allowed her to be as successful as she has been in athletics. For Jessica to be supported by a company or brand would afford great opportunity for both parties. Her passion for athletics, insatiable desire for success as a triathlete, and desire to share and promote healthy and active lifestyles (through her blog and the subsequent social media pages) make Jessica a sponsorship recipient candidate.
Banana-Acai Smoothie Bowl. I am a HUGE acai bowl fan and I'm always looking for new ways to change it up especially being that I have a smoothie/bowl every single day.
