A certified ISSA personal trainer and Master Trainer for the Alexander Method of SMR (Self Myofascial Release techniques), Alexis Olerio is the CEO of her own business as a personal and group fitness instructor as well as a wellness and holistic coach.
From the outset of her career in the health and fitness industry in 2007, Alexis has been driven by a fierce passion to help others to look and feel good and to become the best version of themselves. After an unexpected, and life-altering fall that rendered her right arm useless for over two years, doctors told Alexis that she may not be able to regain full mobility of her arm. Through numerous surgeries, extensive rehab, hard work, perseverance and the unwillingness to accept the cards she’d been dealt, she was able to overcome both the physical and mental obstacles she faced during this trying time. Despite the adversity, the experience gave Alexis the knowledge and education about how powerful food and exercise are to overall health as well the importance of strength and will of the spirit are in overcoming the odds. In the midst of her injury and recovery she ultimately realized her calling as a fitness professional. She now passes her extensive information and experience onto others to help her clients overcome challenging circumstances and assist in making the positive changes necessary to live the lives they truly desire and deserve.

Cook time: 4mins
- Mash 1 ripe banana
- Scramble 2 pasture raised or free range eggs
- Add the 2 eggs to the mashed banana
- Add 1 tablespoon of Chia Seeds
- Add 1 2 teaspoons of Cinnamon
- Add MitoXcell (amount according to body weight)
- Add 1/4 cup of dried cherries
- Add 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- Add 1/4 cup chopped Walnuts
Mix all together. Place in a pan with virgin or extra virgin coconut oil. Cook like a pancake and flip when golden brown. Add grass fed butter along with local honey or pure organic maple syrup.
